Refund and Shipping policy
FINAL SALE REFUNDS RETURNS EXCHANGES
All FEATHERED products are final sale. No Refunds, Exchanges or Returns, due to the nature of the products and for sanitary purposes, except in the case of receipt of defective product. If an item is considered defective, please email findme@featheredlashes.com, with your order number and a clear photo of the product in original packaging within (3) days of delivery date. FEATHERED reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement if concern was not reported within 3 days of delivery, or the product shows any sign of use. If the product is deemed damaged or defective by FEATHERED, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item once the product has been returned to FEATHERED.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to show on your statement. Customers are responsible for the return-shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order.
Unfortunately, due to our final sale policy orders placed cannot be altered or changed. FEATHERED realize that there may be circumstances in which order cancellation may be considered, but not guaranteed. Please email findme@featheredlashes.com specifying your Order Number for cancellation consideration.
FEATHERED LASHES, ADHESIVES, LIQUIDS are FINAL sale products with no exception. Should we send the wrong style or size in error we will replace those with correct lash. We will provide you with a return shipping label to print and return the erroneous package and as soon as we receive that we will send out the correct order.
FEATHERED SHIPPING POLICY
FEATHERED strives to provide your packages as quickly as possible and in the same condition that it leaves our warehouse. On occasion issues may arise that we do not control, and we will always attempt to resolve these as quickly as possible. We are NOT however responsible for delays, lost stolen or damaged goods once the package has left our warehouse.
All Shipping labels are automatically generated according to the order information the customer provides at time of checkout. If for any reason you mistakenly submitted the incorrect address, please email FEATHERED immediately along with your Order Number and correct address. If for any reason the order has already been processed by our warehouse, it will be the customers responsibility to contact the carrier for any address changes. In the case of a shipping error where the incorrect address was provided, a reshipping fee of $5.00 would be required. FEATHERED will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.
PACKAGE LIABILITY POLICY – Lost or Stolen Items or Carrier delays or mishandlings
FEATHERED will not be held liable for any lost or stolen products. We would encourage you to reach out to the carrier to file a claim immediately, as they will attempt to locate your package as soon as possible. Once the claim has been filed, please send us the claim information to findme@featheredlashes.com and we will wait for the results of the claim before proceeding forward. Feathered Lashes does not replace any products lost stolen or damaged once it has left our facility. Furthermore, FEATHERED will
not take responsibility for any kind of delivery delays by the carrier such as weather or mishandling of packages by the carrier once it leaves the FEATHERED warehouse.
Should your package be returned to our warehouse because of being misplaced or sent to incorrect address the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
SHIPPING RATES AND PROCESS
Packages are shipped via FedEx, FedEx, UPS, or USPS. A signature is not required upon delivery. Your billing and shipping address must be in the United States and its Territories.
Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state, and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address. We do NOT ship to P.O.BOX address, Freight Forwarders, or to multiple addresses in one order.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
• Standard Shipping to the continental US (3-10 business days): $10.00
• Standard Shipping to AK, HI, US Territories and Military addresses (3-21 business days): $10.95
• 2-Day (2-3 business days): $14.00
• Overnight (1-2 business days): $30.00
Some shipping methods may be unavailable in checkout due to shipping restrictions on the items in your bag or your selected shipping address.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMELINES
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday. Overnight and 2-Day orders are processed the same day if the order is received prior to 1:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends. Please note, observed US holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. Additional federal holiday closures may also apply. Packages shipping Standard to Alaska and Hawaii may take more than 10 business days for delivery.Packages shipping to United States Territories and all Military and Diplomatic addresses (may take up to 21 days) must be shipped via our Standard Shipping.
